TDI-LLC, North America’s largest Reverse Logistics Custom Painting Company, announced today the opening of their new plant for the Reverse Logistics Industry. The plant will be located in Chihuahua, Mexico, and is expected to be completed and online by the end of the third quarter, 2011. The plant location was chosen to support our current and future customers in the Mexico corridor. The combination of TDI-LLC and their business partners create one of the industry’s largest, most innovative and cost effective Product Life Cycle Companies.
TDI-LLC will retain the current U.S. locations. The Lewisville, Texas location will continue to maintain research and development, engineering and paint chemists knowledge and expertise. This location will support the Chihuahua operation in total.
The innovative processes TDI-LLC has designed, developed and implemented, along with integrated solutions, advanced technology and a focus on continuous productivity improvement, will afford customers a significant opportunity to lower overall costs and improve their quality in Mexico and the U.S.
The Chihuahua, Mexico, plant will rival any business worldwide in the Reverse Logistics industry for custom painting and TSP development.
With respect to their current and new customers, TDI-LLC will be able to offer additional capacity at any of their locations to support their customer's ‘Just in Time’ production needs.
TDI-LLC will remain privately owned but will change its corporate logo and be rebranded using that logo to represent the new businesses in North America.
Tony Dean, CEO of TDI-LLC, said, “We are excited about our future in this industry; short and long term. TDI-LLC’s views for growth will be enhanced further by what will unquestionably be a strong demand for Product Life Cycle solutions. The TDI-LLC team has worked tirelessly to place us in this position. We will continue to build the technology required to grow this industry and look forward to the future in the Reverse Logistics industry.”
